Shake Shack’s Korean-Type Menu is again for a restricted time and contains two new additions: Ok-Shack Fried Hen Bites and the Ok-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake.
The menu is accessible now when ordering on-line by means of the Shake Shack app or web site forward of a nationwide launch on January 9, 2026.
Ok-Shack Fried Hen Bites options crispy-fried white-meat rooster bites coated in a spicy-sweet sesame gochujang glaze and sprinkled with recent scallions. They’re served along with your selection of dipping sauce.
The Ok-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake is a milkshake made with spicy gochujang caramel frozen custard topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of gochujang caramel.
Returning Korean-Type Menu objects embody:
– Ok-Shack Fried Hen Sandwich - A crispy-fried rooster breast filet glazed in spicy-sweet sesame gochujang and served with recent scallions and kimchi slaw made with Choi’s Kimchi, on a toasted potato bun.
– Ok-Shack BBQ Burger - 1 / 4-pound Angus beef patty (or two or three), American cheese, crispy-fried candy onions, recent scallions, and Korean BBQ sauce, served on a toasted potato bun.
– Ok-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries - Crinkle-cut fries dusted with kimchi seasoning and served with a facet of Korean BBQ sauce. Cheese Sauce will also be added for an extra cost.
