Components
- 2 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i coconut rum
- 2-3 tbs. White chocolate flavored powder white coco
- 8 oz. Steamed unsweetened coconut or entire milk
- ½ tsp. Butterfly pea tea powder
Directions

Warmth ½ of the milk on medium till steaming.

Stir in sifted butterfly pea powder, white chocolate powder and coconut rum.

Pour into glass mug.

Steam the remainder of the milk and froth.

Pour the white frothy milk over the portion already within the glass to create a white layer on high.

Garnish with butterfly pea powder.
