Aperture Cellars simply introduced its 2026 Spring Wine launch. The lineup is anchored by limited-production single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons and complemented by shiny, textured whites.
To rejoice the Spring Launch, Jesse Katz, founder, and Aperture Property, newly appointed #14 on World’s Finest Vineyards, will host friends for a particular Spring Dinner on Saturday, April 4. The night will function a curated collection of each new spring releases and wines from throughout Jesse’s profession paired with a crafted multi-course menu by acclaimed native culinary Chef Nicholaus Balla, the celebrated chef of Bar Tartine (former) and creator of Bar Tartine cookbook, which received a 2015 James Beard Award and IACP Cookbook Award, in accordance with the vineyard. - 2025 Aperture Chenin Blanc: Notes of orchard fruit and acidity with a mineral-driven end from outdated Clarksburg vines. $35 (750ml)
- 2025 Aperture Barrel-Fermented Sauvignon Blanc: Barrel-fermented with Sémillon, providing citrus, stone fruit and refined oak notes. $50 (750ml)
- 2023 Aperture Oliver Ranch Single Winery Cabernet Sauvignon: Concentrated darkish fruit layered with graphite and cedar, constructed with structured tannins for ageing. $150 (750ml) | $325 (1.5L)
- 2023 Aperture SJ Ranch Single Winery Cabernet Sauvignon: Notes of darkish fruit and volcanic minerality. $150 (750ml) | $325 (1.5L)
