Elements

  • 1 ½ oz. Gin
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Rosemary syrup
  • ¼ oz. Licor 43
  • ¼ oz. Further virgin olive oil
  • 1 Egg white

Directions

  • Mix substances and dry shake (no ice).

  • Add ice and laborious shake.

  • Pressure into Nick and Nora glass.

  • Garnish with 3 drops of Peychaud’s made into hearts.
