I took my good friend Joshlyn to the barn on Saturday for a bit carriage drive and picnic lunch. Joshlyn is kind of snug round horses so I believed she can be the proper individual to trip in my cart for the primary time since my horse, Wendy, likes her!

I wrapped the sandwiches in parchment paper and kitchen twine with recent rosemary tucked in, which I believe is a pleasant contact for a picnic.
I additionally baked scrumptious Chocolate Pecan Fudge Cookies, which went ridiculously nicely with the cabernet sauvignon Joshlyn introduced. There’s simply one thing about wine and horses!
