It is a extremely enriched dough with each butter fats, and  rendered prosciutto fats. ( I fortified this ingredient with bacon fats) Buttermilk can also be a part of the components. 

Observations:

  1. The division may have been significantly better.
  2. I hoped for extra oven bloom

Conclusion:

I believe the final minute addition of Olives adversely effected the completed product. That being stated, I’ve confidence in a acceptable end result.
