Preheat oven 350° F (180 °C)

Line a muffin pan with 6 muffin liners; flippantly coat with spray. Put aside.

Combine Shakeology, almond flour, baking powder, and cardamom in a medium bowl. Put aside.

Mix almond milk, eggs, ghee, and extract in a big bowl; combine nicely.

Add dry combination to liquid combination; stir till nicely mixed. Gently fold in raspberries and strawberries.

Evenly divide batter amongst ready muffin cups, filling every roughly ¾ full.

Bake for 25 minutes, or till tops are golden brown and toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clear.

Switch muffins to a cooling rack. Serve instantly, or refrigerate in an hermetic container for as much as 4 days or freeze for as much as 1 month.
