Homegrown Faucet & Dough, a Gastamo Group property, will open in Fort Rock, Colorado, Dec. 26 The restaurant marks Homegrown’s sixth location and Gastamo Group’s fifteenth general, in accordance with a press launch.

The 6,020-square-foot restaurant options 226 indoor seats and a 35-seat nook patio the place storage doorways open to attach the eating room with the vitality of Downtown Fort Rock. Signature touches set the Fort Rock location aside, like a customized elk head by famend artist Dolan Geiman, regionally crafted millwork, and a curated free-play classic arcade sourced by Chattanooga Pinball, which provides a playful vitality for households and teams.

“We have been dreaming about Fort Rock for the previous three years,” Peter Newlin, CEO of Gastamo Group, stated within the press launch. “Each inch of this restaurant was handcrafted with numerous native companions with actual supplies and artwork that belong right here. We’re right here to hear, study and transfer quick to enhance. Above all, we would like Homegrown to be a spot this neighborhood makes its personal.”

A grand opening celebration is scheduled for early Jan. 2026.

Gastamo Group is a Denver-based restaurant group based in 2009 by chef-restaurateur Jean-Philippe Failyau with the opening of the unique Park Burger in Platt Park. Since becoming a member of forces with CEO Peter Newlin, the group has grown to function 14 eating places throughout the Denver metro space, spanning 5 distinct ideas: Park Burger, Park & Co., Homegrown Faucet & Dough, Perdida and Girl Nomada.
