Japanese brewer Kirin Holdings has agreed to promote its Kentucky bourbon model 4 Roses to US-based Gallo Vineyard for as much as $775m.
Kirin purchased 4 Roses in 2002 and stated it was seeking to full the deal within the second quarter, Reuters reported.
