Mike Pitera, a New York transplant to Charleston, South Carolina, will open a 3rd outlet of his Pizza a Modo Mio model in a fast-growing space of Charleston, based on a The Publish and Courier report.
The model first opened in West Ashley in 2023 and in Hollywood in 2024, each Charleston areas.
The brand new location will promote espresso, bagels and breakfast sandwiches within the morning, with the bagels coming from a New York Metropolis bakery. That is the mannequin on the Hollywood location.
“Pizza and bagels pair rather well collectively,” Pitera advised the information outlet. “It is working rather well for us in Hollywood.”
Pizza a Modo Mio Clements Ferry Highway is scheduled for a mid-February opening.
