1/2 Tbsp almond extract

For the frosting:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
5 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp almond extract
2-3 Tbsp milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Evenly grease and flour three 8″ spherical cake pans.
  2. In a big mixing bowl, whisk collectively the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
