Mi Campo-Cosmo
Components
- 1 ½ oz. Mi Campo Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
- ¾ oz. Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Slices Jalapeños, 1 Rosemary Sprig
Preparation
- Add jalapeño slices to a shaker and gently press (don’t totally muddle – you need brightness, not warmth overload!).
- Add tequila, orange liqueur, cranberry, and lime.
- Shake with ice for 20 seconds.
- Pressure right into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig, cranberries, and/or a jalapeño float.
Mi Campo Churro-tini
Components
- 2 oz. Mi Campo Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Contemporary Espresso
- 1 oz. Espresso Liqueur (Kahlúa works nice)
- ½ oz. Cinnamon Easy Syrup (or plain easy + a pinch of cinnamon)
- Cinnamon Sugar (for optionally available rim)
Preparation
- Add tequila, espresso, espresso liqueur, and cinnamon syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake laborious for 15 seconds till frothy.
- Pressure into your glass.
- Garnish with a mini churro & cinnamon dusting.
