I added a lemon and rosemary sprigs within the cavity which gave it a pleasant trace of lemon. I didn’t have a brush to unfold the butter &garlic so I simply used my fingers and it labored effectively! When it got here to spreading the juices midway by cooking I bought inventive with utensils.

Love having this recipe in my again pocket now. Extremely suggest others strive it out!
