SEASONAL SPANISH RECIPE: Our tackle Huevos Rotos Royale – Málaga Meals Information | The Málaga Meals Information


Once in a while all of us crave some consolation meals. This recipe does simply that and is de facto easy, particularly for a mid week easy supper.

Components

Serves 2

2 Massive Baking Potatoes

1 Massive Onion

1 Packet of Good Hand Lower Ham

Mayonnaise

Ketchup

Salsa Picante / Sizzling Sauce

Cornichons

2/4 Eggs

Methodology

1. Peel the potatoes and cube into 1 inch squares, put in a saucepan of boiling water and parboil them for round 5 minutes.

2. Pressure the potatoes and permit to dry for a couple of minutes.

3. Peel and slice the onion and fry till flippantly brown, take away from the pan.

4. Saute the diced potato in just a little oil till golden after which add the fried onion to them.

5. In a jug combine 2/3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, with 1/2 tablespoons of ketchup and add the salsa picante to style. Finely chop 6/8 cornichons and blend in to the sauce.

6. Fry the eggs.

7. To serve, first add the potato and onion, then layer over the hand minimize ham. Add the sauce combination and at last prime with the fried eggs.
